Thank you for all of the Spiritual Health coaching you have provided me. When I first starting seeing you I was going through a divorce. My children and I were feeling a lot of stress and anxiety. I always appreciate knowing that I have a safe place to go and express my feelings openly and without judgment. Your coaching gave me the tools that I needed to help me work through anxieties, learn from these experiences and grow spiritually. I am now dealing with situations completely differently and more confidently. I feel stronger. I have always enjoyed following up our coaching sessions with Reiki! It is a fantastic way to relax and I always feel centered after. My son has enjoyed his sessions with you as well! Thank you for being the light at the end of what can sometimes seem to be a long, dark tunnel. You have always helped me through!
